An Educational Program
to strengthen mental well-being
There is compelling evidence that certain habits and behaviors enhance both well-being and performance in school or at work, and these are the habits we advocate for.
The Learning Tool
Our comprehensive Learning Tool consists of five carefully designed modules, each thoughtfully crafted to enhance not only subject knowledge but also mental well-being, focus, essential learning skills. The tool is employed by educators, mentors, and well-being teachers within the classroom.
Modules

Film segments form the foundation for each module. We follow young characters who depict common challenges
Leading researchers, psychologists, and experts share knowledge and tips related to the current theme
In-depth exercises
Each module contains a variety of exercises, experiments, and in-depth assignments, which are woven together with both the characters' situations and the students' own developmental journey
Instructions for the Educators
The tool includes module-specific instructional videos, concise written teacher guides, and planning support for school leaders to facilitate a smooth start
Iinformation for student health services

Targeted material for caregivers
Packaged information, presentations, and videos directed at caregivers facilitate the school's communication with guardians.
Status measurement
Students respond to an anonymous survey (approximately 10 minutes) regarding their lifestyle, well-being, and digital media usage
Unique report
The collected student data is analyzed by researchers and compiled into a unique report for your school, with the option to track the school's progress on these matters over time
