"The whole concept is comprehensive and easy to follow. Moreover, it serves as an excellent topic for discussion. Our youth are surprised when they realize how much their daily lives are influenced by their phones/the internet. They also gain insights into how their well-being and school performance are affected when they don't get enough sleep."
