Our mission is to raise well-being among youth by providing knowledge and tools for self-improvement and personal growth.
Behind the initiative is the non-profit organization Arts & Hearts, founded in 2015.

We strongly believe in making science easily accessible and understandable for all. Our approach includes using digital learning materials with guidance from educators in classrooms. Our learning tool is composed of a high-quality drama series combined with scientific messages delivered by experts and researchers, along with interactive exercises and experiments. Scientific messages embedded in this resource draws inspiration from cognitive neuroscience, psychological and behavioral science.

Our Brain & Emotions is presently conducting a 3-year development project in collaboration with Linköping Municipality, Sweden where the municipal secondary and upper secondary schools use the educational tool in their regular school activities. The project is supported by the Swedish Inheritance Fund (Allmänna Arvsfonden). The methodology in use is presently undergoing evaluation through a research study conducted in partnership with the esteemed medical university Karolinska Institute, with financial support from Forte. 

The learning tool now boasts more than 4500 users (educators, mentors, student health personnel) throughout Sweden, with partnerships established with regions, municipal associations, municipalities, school groups, and individual schools.
